Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Purchase Credit mobile application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts & Security

Unlike previous versions, Purchase Credit now utilizes a cloud-based account system.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
  • One Account Policy: You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the reward system will result in a permanent ban.

3. Virtual Currency ("Credits")

Disclaimer: "Credits" are virtual items with no real-world monetary value until explicitly approved for withdrawal.
  • No Cash Value: Credits do not constitute a bank balance or stored value.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to expire or revoke credits from accounts that have been inactive for 90 days or found violating our anti-cheat rules.
  • Exchange Rate: We may modify the credit-to-currency exchange rate at any time without prior notice.

4. Purchases & Payments

A. In-App Purchases
If you purchase credits within the app, the transaction is handled by Google Play Billing. We do not process refunds for virtual items once they have been delivered.

B. Withdrawals (Payouts)
Withdrawals are a reward program, not a guaranteed debt.

  • Payouts are processed manually and typically take up to 7 business days.
  • We are not responsible for lost funds if you provide incorrect payment details (e.g., wrong UPI ID).
  • We reserve the right to deny withdrawals if fraudulent activity is detected in your logs.

5. Prohibited Activities

To ensure fair play for our advertisers (Google AdMob), strict rules apply:

  • No VPNs: Using VPNs or Proxies to fake your location is strictly prohibited.
  • No Automation: Using bots, auto-clickers, or emulators is forbidden.
  • No Tampering: Attempting to modify the app code or intercept network traffic will result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Purchase Credit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
